      Thank you for bringing that point up. You are absolutely right. Home buyers may select their own home inspector but if they need a referral their real estate agent usually has a list of professional home inspectors to choose from. It is important to select a home inspector that is qualified to do the work and that will do a thorough inspection for the home buyer.
