I Want to Buy That House! What School Will My Children Attend?

When looking for a home, how do I know which school my children will go to?

This tool will come in handy when shopping for a home. Put in the exact address of the home you are thinking about purchasing and the tool will tell you the local school that your child will attend.

Always verify with the local school district prior to purchasing a home

It is advised to always double check with the school district before purchasing a home to be sure you have all the information about the school that your child will attend. School boundaries are sometimes changed and some schools are impacted. Don’t be surprised after you close escrow and find out that your child will not be going to the school you had assumed he would be going to.

Need help finding a home? I am here to help you! Now is a great time to buy with interest rates still low.

It’s a great day to buy a home!

Folsom Police Deparment’s

Annual Toy Drive

This weekend I had the pleasure to spend four hours with Santa Clause. Four lovely heartfelt hours! I took pictures of Santa with kids who brought toys to donate to the Folsom Police Department’s Annual Christmas Toy Drive.

Classic car owners of Folsom show the toy car they donated to the Folsom Police Toy Drive

The Cappaccino Cruisers is a local car club run by Ray and Chris Marchese of Orangevale, CA. As an entry fee to this car show, classic car owners brought an unwrapped toy for the toy drive. I couldn’t help to notice that a lot of the toys were cars. : )

Many of the classic cars were decorated with garland, wreaths and Santa hats. Ray Marchese was the DJ for the day playing Christmas music throughout the day. The car show wrapped up with prizes for car owners including a Charlie Brown trophy.
