Why Live in Folsom?

Home You Are Purchasing Needs Repair- Ask About a 203K Loan

Are you purchasing a home that needs repairs?

You may be able to get a 203k Loan that will help you finance from $5,000 to $25,000 for repairs. These repairs can not be structural repairs. Once the loan is approved and closed, the contractor will have up to six months to complete the necessary repairs. Talk to your lender to see if the home you are thinking about purchasing will qualify for this loan.

Not all lenders are able to do a 203k loan.

Do you need a lender? I can recommend a few for you to interview.

Folsom Police Deparment’s

Annual Toy Drive

This weekend I had the pleasure to spend four hours with Santa Clause. Four lovely heartfelt hours! I took pictures of Santa with kids who brought toys to donate to the Folsom Police Department’s Annual Christmas Toy Drive.

Classic car owners of Folsom show the toy car they donated to the Folsom Police Toy Drive

The Cappaccino Cruisers is a local car club run by Ray and Chris Marchese of Orangevale, CA. As an entry fee to this car show, classic car owners brought an unwrapped toy for the toy drive. I couldn’t help to notice that a lot of the toys were cars. : )

Many of the classic cars were decorated with garland, wreaths and Santa hats. Ray Marchese was the DJ for the day playing Christmas music throughout the day. The car show wrapped up with prizes for car owners including a Charlie Brown trophy.
